At TrySwipe, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and at the best possible rates. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Metro Cities (India): 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations (India): 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping above ₹499.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Small COD fee of ₹50 may apply.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.


5. Address Details

  • Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and phone number are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international delivery at this time.


7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or tampered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tryswipe.in with photos/videos.

  • We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
