Refund Policy

At TrySwipe.in, your satisfaction matters to us. We take great care to ensure our products are of the highest quality. However, due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, our refund and return policy has specific conditions.


1. Returns & Replacements

  • Eligible only for:

    • Wrong product received

    • Damaged product on delivery

    • Expired product delivered

  • Not eligible for return:

    • Opened or used products (due to hygiene reasons)

    • Change of mind / dislike of fragrance, texture, or personal preference

    • Products purchased during sale/discount campaigns (unless damaged/defective)

  • To request a return, please contact us at support@tryswipe.in within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging.


2. Refunds

  • Once we inspect and approve the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer/UPI after confirmation of account details.


3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • To cancel, email us at support@tryswipe.in with your order ID as soon as possible.


4. Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not available. If eligible, you must return the product and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

  • In case of damage, defect, or wrong product, please share unboxing video + clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A replacement or refund will be processed after verification.
